Our client, a leading Telecoms company based in the Essex area, are on the lookout for 4 new Sales Development Representatives to join their growing team and support their sales operation.

Role: Sales Development Representative

As part of the sales team, you’ll be at the heart of driving business growth.

Your main focus will be cold calling local businesses to gather contact details, understand the landscape, and ultimately secure appointments for their sales team to close the deal.

What’s in it for you?
£25,000 basic salary (slightly higher for those with previous Telecoms experience)
£500 commission for every successful sale generated from your appointments – a real chance to boost your earnings!

Full training and support provided, with opportunities for career progression into field sales.

You might have as little as a years experience selling on the phone, as well as being an expert in your field but looking to finally earn a decent commission package for all your hard work.

The business expects you will have the opportunity to be involved in 4/5 sales a month, meaning an additional £2k/£2500k a month in commission, helping you to achieve an OTE of £50k plus a year.
